FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you sell the furniture in set? Can I buy only extra piece, instead of the whole set?
Most items can be purchased separately, such as extra chairs, sofa only etc. Just email or call us with the SKU #, we will quote you an individual price with shipping.

Are all the furniture available or in stock? How long time will it takes until I received my order if I purchase now? 
Yes. All the furniture is available and normally it will take us about 1 to 2 weeks to arrive at your home and we will update you by phone or email of the status of your order within 2 days of your purchase date. Custom upholstery items may take up to 2- 3 weeks and take another week to be delivered to your home, though in many cases the merchandises arrive a lot sooner than the expected lead time. In some unexpected events or high demands some items may be temporary out of stock. We will update you with the arrival dated of the merchandise.  You may wait for the ship date or options to cancel your order with a full refund should you decided not to wait.

Do you offer warranty to the furniture you sell?
Yes. All items sold carry manufacturer warranty which varies by manufacture and are stated in detail with the product. We also offer extended worry free 5 years warranty as an option for all your purchase items on a single invoice.

Do all of the furniture made of solid wood or genuine leather?
Yes and No. We describe the material of the furniture in detail for each style. Solid wood and genuine leather are major materials building furniture, but plywood, vinyl and fiber board are also used in various extent in some items. Please contact us if you need further assistance on a particular product.

Can I see and touch the furniture before I make the purchase?
In some cases you might be able to as long as we have them in our show room. Due to the number of style, color and size, we can not display all of them for physical touching and feeling of the material. We would agree that this is your little sacrifice in exchange of the low price. We just want to assure you that we are a veteran in the furniture business, thus we choose only the best quality product in the price level to sell. Please read item description for details.

Can I choose a different color or size not mentioned in the option? Do you custom make furniture?
No. We do not custom make furniture. We are authorized dealers for the furniture manufacturers which are mostly volume makers and they do not custom make furniture either. You may only purchase what we have listed as option for each item in our storefront.

Will the furniture delivered have the exact color as shown on myfurnitureliquidation.com?
Yes in 90% of the time the items are actually thee same color may be shown in the images. But in some cases there may be a slight different in tint and shade of color due to the monitor. Furniture also seems darker in under lighted room and lighter in well lighted room or under sunlight. Therefore, you may expect very slight difference of color as shown on the web site or on your monitor or in your unique lighted home.

What tools do I need to assemble the furniture?
All necessary tools and hardware normally included in the furniture package as well as instruction for assembly. Powered tool will make your assemble job easier and faster. Please contact CS if you are missing parts or hardware from your package.

Can I disassemble the furniture if I want to move the furniture to a new location?
Some furniture may be disassemble such as bed rails and headboard, dresser mirror, dining table legs, entertainment center top bridges, etc. which are assembled with removable screws. On other furniture piece such as computer desk, book shelf, are assembled permanently with glue and non-screws. You normally can not disassemble these kinds of furniture and reassemble them again.

Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and Myfurnitureliquidation.com reserved the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).

ORDER INFORMATION

New Product Warranty
All of our products carry a New Product Warranty that promises an item is new and in original condition upon arrival. This warranty covers against defects unrelated to shipping and handling damage. We can provide replacements or parts if a defect is reported within 7 days after receiving the item.

If you are missing parts in your order, please let us know within 5 days of the received date, and we will provide replacement parts for you, free of charge.

While Myfurnitureliquidation.com works to fulfill the New Product Warranty for our customers, the actual warranty is offered by the manufacturers of our items. Myfurnitureliquidation.com acts as a mediator in the process of warranty fulfillment, and cannot be held liable for the actual fulfillment of the warranties including extended warranty.

Please note that new parts do not carry a new warranty, they are considered extensions of the original item warranty and are subject to the same time constraints regarding notification and fulfillment.

Due to processing, warranty fulfillment may take many weeks to complete.

Order Confirmation
After your order has been process, you will automatically be sent an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout. The subject line will say "Order Confirmation from myfurnitureliquidation.com" and will contain your order number. This email is your receipt - so don't delete it! We encourage you to review the order and advise us of any spelling or numerical mistakes so that we can quickly make any necessary changes. If you do not receive your order confirmation after 12 hours, please contact our Customer Service. Be sure to include your email address and details of the order. We will send a new confirmation or provide you an explanation for the failure to receive such.

Sale Tax
One of the best things about buying through Myfurnitureliquidation.com is that we do not have to charge sales tax, with one notable exception: California customer will be subject to a sales tax of 8.75%.

How Do I Cancel My Order? 
Once the order is placed with Myfurnitureliquidation.com, we will place the order with the distributor with 12 hour period to insure we obtain the item you place in a timely matter. Once this step has been completed by Myfurnitureliquidation.com, customers enter in a buy/sell agreement and become financially obligated to purchase the ordered merchandise from the manufacturer. For this reason, we don't accept order cancellations once the 12-hour window has passed. At the time an order is placed the customer receives a notification via e-mail describing all order details. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the information in this e-mail receipt is correct. We give you 12 hours to review your e-mail confirmation and reply with any discrepancies or changes at no charge. If the customer does not notify us of any changes within the 12-hour window Myfurnitureliquidation.com will proceed with ordering the merchandise from the manufacturer. Any cancellation of the order thereafter this will align with our Cancellation Policy as described below. Any exception to this Cancellation Policy will be solely at the discretion of Myfurnitureliquidation management. In the event that Myfurnitureliquidation management agrees to proceed with the cancellation of an order, the customer may be responsible for a cancellation or restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price as well as any shipping and handling fees that may apply. All cancellation request must be in writing by the customer via fax (951) 279-8500 (please included a copy of your order confirmation) or e-mail to [email protected]. Please note that only written requests for cancellation will be processed by Myfurnitureliquidation.com

Using Promotional Codes
Promotional codes and offers valid with purchase from myfurnitureliquidation.com, and cannot be use in store. Offers can’t be combined with any other offers. Only one code my be use on a single purchase order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

How Will My Order Ship?
We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience. We will notify you via email when your order has been shipped included in your email will be a tracking number from the carrier. 

We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. However, if you miss the delivery schedule there will be a re delivery fee charge by the carrier directly to you. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment, or any visual damage to the package upon delivery. Due to the nature of the freight route, if you are not at home when the carrier arrived at the dated stated in your tracking info, redeliver fee may apply for some carrier.

All of our merchandise is shipping either in crate of pallet to insure safety and minimize the damage during shipping, unless it is a smaller items. Usually delivery are CURVE SIDE DROP OFF ONLY unless you request inside delivery in advance, there will be additional fee for optional services by the carrier.


When Will My Order Arrive?
Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time - the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Sometimes the stock items that can be shipped within 2-3 days, while others items require a longer time (e.g. 1-2 weeks). For Small Parcel shipments, delivery usually takes between 1 and 6 business days (except for USPS which ships in 1-10 business days) after your order is picked up from the warehouse. For Truck Freight shipments, delivery usually takes between 7 and 15 days from when your order ships. For residential deliveries, you will be contacted for an appointment as soon as your order arrives at the local terminal

WHAT TO DO for Returns and Damage?
Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many items, and avoid carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us right away, also take picture of the damage package and damage item if available this would help us expedite your claim process. Please make note on the packing list of the damage. We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you
 
MOST IMPORTANT:
All returns must have the original packaging. All items must be un-assembled and re-packaged in the way it was received. All returns must be notified to our customer service within seven (7) days of receipt (verified by the tracking number given).This will allow us to better process your returns, refunds, and/or damage claim requests. Failure to follow the above guidelines will cause a delay and lead up to the denial of return / damage claim requests. No exceptions will be made, and thank you for your cooperation.

All returned items must be in original packaging, un-assembled, undamaged, and in resalable condition. All hardware and parts must be included. Returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival, and any missing or damaged components will result in assessment and reduction of the final refund amount. 

If a refund is requested, the refund amount will be the original total, tax if apply less actual both shipping charges, 25% restocking fee on the original item price, and any deductions resulting from return shipping damages or unreported defects. Refunds will be credited in 1 to 2 weeks from the date of arrival for the returned item. 

If an exchange is requested, the original item price less 20% restocking fee and both actual shipping fee will be credited toward the new order. Deductions from the credit total will be accounted for any damages resulting from return shipping or unreported defects.

No returns are accepted after the 7 Days. RMA required for all return.

Color / Appearance / Price / Dimension Discrepancies
Myfurnitureliquidation strives to provide the highest quality images and descriptions for our products. Although our Customer Service staff is highly trained in communicating proper color, dimension, and descriptive information regarding our products, their information may not always match the product perfectly.
We are not responsible for image color/appearance variations due to monitor settings or slight measurement discrepancies. If precise colors, dimensions, or patterns are critical to your order, please contact us so that we may assist you in answering any questions you may have prior to ordering.
We provide multiple ways of communication for our customers to contact us, but occasionally a mistake may be stated by our customer service team Myfurnitureliquidation is not responsible for the expressed opinions of our staff regarding item descriptions, pricing, policy errors, or other correspondence errors.
