DELIVERY FEES

Local Buyers:
 
Our delivery fees schedule are set as guidelines basic fees may varies from locations to locations. Delivery date is estimate, and subject to change based on manufactures stock availability and unexpected event. Fuel price recently went up quickly in recent year, however, in an effort to save our customers money, we are providing a flat rate fee for all furniture purchased at our store on a single invoice regardless of how many items thereof. 

LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY FEE APPLIES TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA ONLY

Please call for a quote if your zip code is not showing up during checkout (i.e shipping cost calculated at 0). We do delivery throughout Southern California withing 100 miles of our store locations, rate will be based on distance at $2.00 per mile if you are located more than 40 miles away from the store location and within southern California. Please contact us if you need a more accurate quote for shipping.

NO C.O.D. no exception. All invoice need to be paid prior to delivery or pick up.

Haul away and recycling fee of furniture and mattress are not included in the delivery fee schedules listed below. Online buyers are responsible to all shipping and returning cost of unwanted merchandises, all shipping and handling cost fees are non-refundable. 
 
Small items such as ottomans, lamps, some accent items can be ship through USPS, UPS, or FEDEX whichever the cheapest. Larger item will be ship by Freight line to your door. Customer may request inside delivery by the freight carrier for an additional fee.
 
Haul away and disposable fee for mattress is $10 EACH, sofa and love seat is $40 EACH. If you have other items please call our store for quotation. We DO NOT move any furniture from customer home unless otherwise instructed specifically by the store.
 
Other buyers / out of state buyers:
 
Due to the nature of our product. Shipping weight is normally over 50 lbs. We do what we can to get you the lowest ship rate as possible for your items.  PLEASE EMAIL US WITH THE DELIVERY ADDRESS BEFORE YOU BUY SO THAT WE CAN GET AN ESTIMATE FREIGHT QUOTE FOR YOU WHEN NO SHIPPING COST SHOW UP DURING CHECK OUT. CA has so many zip codes, it will takes sometime for us to updating the list, if shipping cost doesn't calculate at check out please call. Please use the list below for quick reference for local delivery with 50 miles radius.
 
CA SALE TAX of 7.75% will be added to all purchase in California. Pick up available and is always FREE, request for assembly before pick up is also FREE. FREE SET UP with paid delivery - EXCEPT FOR DROP-OFF ONLY REQUEST.

$50 applies to these areas or similar distance:
      Corona Hills, Gateway, McKinley, Jurupa Valley
$50 applies to these areas or similar distance:
      Sycamore Canyon, Summit, Anaheim Hills, The Highlands, Diamond Ranch, Phillips Ranch, Norco, Norco Hills, Corona Valley.
$60 applies to these areas or similar distance: 
      La Sierra, La Sierra Hills, Orange Hills, The Canyon east, Olive, Anaheim East, Arlington Heights.
$70 applies to these areas or similar distance: 
       Arlansza, Ramona, Casa Blanca, Chino, Chino Hills, Central District, Pomona, Montclair.
$80 applies to these areas or similar distance:
       Magnolia, Victoria, East of Riverside, Lake Elsinore, Murrieta, Menifee.
$90-150 applies for various location in Los Angles Area.

Service Warranty:
 
We are furniture dealers for many manufactures and importers in the USA. Manufactures do offer various terms on warranty on the item they made or import. We, as a dealer we do honor various terms of warranty per manufacture guideline. We will help you will any warranty service under the following conditions.

-  Furniture must be purchase from our store location.
-  All Claim must be made within the warranty period guide line set forth by the manufactures. 
-  Any items that need to be service must to be brought to and pick up at the store by the customers afterward.
- Fee will applies if CUSTOMER request for pick-up and re-delivery of any item under warranty that need to be service. 

(Please note "We are not obligate to provide free service for your warranty need just because you paid the initial delivery when you purchase the merchandise." LET JUST SAY ONE CAN NEVER ASK COSTCO/WALMART/TARGET TO PICK UP THE ITEMS ONE DOESN'T WANT FROM THEIR HOME FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE HENCE WE ARE NOT DIFFERENT!)
